Your Right of Cancellation

1. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Personalised items are excluded from the right of cancellation.
2. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you received the purchased goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail):

4. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

IIConsequences

1. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
2. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. Please send returns to:

4. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
