FAQ for Returns

we’ve listed the answers to frequently asked questions below and hope this helps you quickly.
If your question isn’t answered here, we kindly ask for a little patience. We read every email and respond to all inquiries.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

As a club, we are committed to contributing to greater sustainability and are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes. We aim to encourage more mindful shopping and thus reduce return rates – another step towards sustainability.

For this reason, we do not offer free returns within or outside Germany. If you want to return an order, please pay for adequate postage and send your return to the following address:

Please make sure to include the delivery note / invoice with your return. If these documents are missing, the package will be sent back to you.

Return postage is not covered by us and must be paid by you. If you want to file a complaint about an item, please contact our customer service beforehand: info@fcsp-shop.com

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to return items directly to our shops.

What do I do if the item is incorrect or damaged?

If you received damaged or incorrect goods, please contact our support team. Send us the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Address (street, number, postal code, city)
  • Order number

2. WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS VISIBLY DAMAGED?

If your package looks damaged on delivery, open and inspect it in the presence of the courier. If the contents are damaged, fill out a damage report with the courier and have it sent back to us with the package. Please also inform us by email or phone.

3. HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER?

Please redeem your voucher during payment by selecting the option “Pay total amount with voucher”. Enter the voucher number and amount. Make sure to include the decimals (e.g., cents). At the moment, due to technical reasons, only one voucher can be redeem
