1Scope

Scope of these Terms & Conditions

  1.   All deliveries and services provided by FC St. Pauli Merchandising GmbH & Co. KG in connection with the sale and delivery of goods (fan merchandise) from the online shop and the fan catalogue are governed exclusively by these General Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).

  2. 2.2–2.4 Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail, letter, fax, or in the online shop. The contract is only concluded once you receive a written confirmation by post or e-mail.
  3. 2.5 The minimum order value is €9.95.
  4. 2.6 Delivery is subject to availability. If goods are unavailable, you will be informed and your payment will be refunded.
  5. 2.7 Images and descriptions may differ slightly (e.g. due to production variations).
  6. 2.8 Your order data is not stored. You can print it immediately after submitting your order.
  7. 2.9 We take back packaging without a disposal symbol. Just give us a call: +49 40 317 874 888.
  8. 2.10 Should incorrect prices appear in the online shop due to technical issues, input errors, or other causes, FC St. Pauli reserves the right to cancel the order in question. In this case, you will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded without delay. There is no entitlement to delivery of the goods at the incorrectly stated price.
3Vouchers

  1. 3.1 Vouchers are available in the online shop and are sent by e-mail as a PDF.
  2. 3.2 The contract is concluded in accordance with section 2.4.
  3. 3.3 Vouchers are valid until the end of the third year following purchase.
4Discount

Discount

  1.   As a member of FC St. Pauli v. 1910 e. V., you get a 10% discount here in the online shop when you use your member e-mail address to sign up at MeinStPauli. No discount applies to reduced-price items, price-bound goods (books, prints, etc.), or solidarity items.
5Payment & Shipping

Payment Terms, Delivery, Shipping Costs, Return Shipping Costs

  1. 5.1
    Delivery is made within 5 business days (Mon–Fri) via DHL, provided the goods are in stock.

    EU €15 (free from €150)
    USA €50
    Worldwide (sea freight) €40

    Shipping costs for bulky goods may differ and will be shown separately.

  2. 5.2 You bear the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs duties.
  3. 5.3 Partial deliveries are possible.
  4. 5.4 Payment is accepted via PayPal or credit card. For international orders, only PayPal or credit card are available.
  5. 5.5 Refunds are made after we receive the goods, using your original payment method.
6Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  1. 6.1
    As a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of cancellation. The full cancellation policy with all details on deadlines, requirements, and consequences of cancellation can be found here: View Cancellation Policy →
  2. 6.2 You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice in time.

  4. 6.4 If you cancel effectively, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of your cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction. You bear the cost of returning the goods.
  5. 6.5 The right of cancellation is excluded under § 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), in particular for personalised products (e.g. custom flocking), goods made to customer specification, and sealed hygiene products whose seal has been removed after delivery.
7Warranty

Warranty Rights, Limitation of Liability

  1. 7.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
  2. 7.2 We are only liable for intent or gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act.
8Personalisation

Sale of Personalised Products

  1. 8.1 You guarantee that all motifs you submit are free of third-party rights. Rights infringements or content contrary to public decency are not permitted.
  2. 8.2 We review all submissions and reject discriminatory, racist, or politically objectionable content.
9Miscellaneous

Applicable Law, Data Protection, Jurisdiction, Battery Return

  1. 9.1 German law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
  2. 9.2 Data protection is governed by the GDPR. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
  3. 9.3 The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
  4. 9.4
    Batteries do not belong in household waste! You can return them to us or to a collection point.
