Eye-Able is a software from Web Inclusion GmbH to ensure barrier-reduced access to information on the Internet. The necessary files such as JavaScript, stylesheets, and images are loaded from an external server. Eye-Able uses the browser's local storage to save settings when functions are activated. All settings are only saved locally and not transmitted further. To ward off attacks and provide our service in near real-time, Eye-Able uses the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of BunnyWay d.o.o. (Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia). This is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a safe, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). All transmitted data and servers remain in the EU at all times to enable data protection-compliant processing according to GDPR. Web Inclusion GmbH does not collect or analyze personal user behavior or other personal data at any time. To ensure data protection-compliant processing, Web Inclusion GmbH has concluded contracts for order processing with our hosters IONOS and BunnyWay. WHATSAPP CHANNEL
Description of ProcessingWe operate a WhatsApp channel to inform you about current offers, news, and other relevant information. WhatsApp channels are an optional service within WhatsApp, separate from the private messaging service, focused on one-way communication. Through this channel, you can receive our posts and interact with them through reactions, comments, or participation in surveys. As the operator of the WhatsApp channel, we do not receive any direct personal data from you. WhatsApp only provides us with aggregated and anonymized statistics that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual subscribers. These statistics include, for example, the total number of subscribers, the reach of our posts, and anonymized information about interactions with the content we share. When you visit or subscribe to our channel, your name, phone number, and profile picture are not visible to us as channel administrators unless you have already saved us in your contacts. In this case, WhatsApp may show us your profile information (name, profile picture) and information about your interactions with our channel (reactions to posts, participation in surveys). For other subscribers or visitors to our channel, you and your interactions remain invisible in any case. The actual data processing is carried out by WhatsApp itself.
