For the purchase of goods (fan merchandise) from FC St. Pauli Merchandising GmbH & Co. KG.
1. Scope of Terms & Conditions
All deliveries and services provided by FC St. Pauli Merchandising GmbH & Co. KG in connection with the sale and delivery of goods (fan merchandise) from the online shop and fan catalog are exclusively based on these Terms & Conditions (T&C).
2. Orders
2.1 Contract partner is FC St. Pauli Merchandising GmbH & Co. KG, Harald-Stender-Platz 1, 20359 Hamburg, Tel.: +49 40 317 874 888, Fax: +49 40 317 874 988, E-Mail: info@fcsp-shop.com.
2.2-2.4 Orders can be placed via phone, email, letter, fax or the online shop. The contract only becomes effective once you receive a written confirmation by email or post.
2.5 Minimum order value: €9.95.
2.6 Delivery is subject to availability. If the goods are not available, you will be informed immediately and refunded.
2.7 Images and descriptions may differ slightly due to production.
2.8 Order data is not stored. You can print your data immediately after placing the order.

3. Vouchers
3.1 Vouchers are available in the online shop. You can choose the amount. They will be sent as PDF by email.
3.2 The contract is concluded according to section 2.4.
3.3 Valid until the end of the third year after the purchase year.
4. Discount
Members of FC St. Pauli v. 1910 e.V. and chairpersons of registered fan clubs receive a 10% discount when shipping to their registered address and including their membership number in the comment field.
No discount on already discounted items, price-bound products (books, prints etc.), or solidarity items.
5. Payment Terms, Delivery, Shipping Costs, Return Costs
5.1 Delivery is made within 5 business days (Mon-Fri) via DHL, provided the goods are in stock.
- Germany: €5.95 (free from €75)
- Europe: €15 (free from €150)
- Worldwide: €40 by sea freight
Shipping costs for bulky goods may differ and will be indicated separately.
5.2 Return costs and any customs duties or taxes are your responsibility.
5.3 Partial deliveries are possible.
5.4 Payment by invoice, PayPal, Giropay, credit card. For international orders: PayPal or credit card only.
5.5 Refunds are made after receipt of the goods using the original payment method.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.
6.2 After withdrawal, you will receive a refund including shipping costs (except if you chose a different delivery method). Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
The return of the goods is at your own expense. Customized products are excluded from withdrawal.
7. Warranty Rights, Limitation of Liability
7.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2 We are only liable for intent or gross negligence, except for injury to life, body or health, or under the Product Liability Act.
8. Sale of Customized Products
8.1 You guarantee that all designs you provide are free from third-party rights. No legal violations or immoral content.
8.2 We reserve the right to review and reject discriminatory, racist, or politically objectionable content.
9. Applicable Law, Privacy, Jurisdiction, Battery Return
9.1 German law applies. No UN sales law.
9.2 Privacy is handled according to GDPR. Details in our Privacy Policy.
9.3 Jurisdiction is Hamburg.
9.4 Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste! Return them to us or a collection point. Labels: Cd, Hg, Pb.
10. Eye-Able
Eye-Able is software by Web Inclusion GmbH to ensure accessible access to online information. Necessary files like JavaScript and images are loaded externally. Data remains in the EU and no personal data is collected.
