As a club we are committed to sustainability. For this reason we do not offer free returns – whether within Germany or internationally.

Please include the delivery note or invoice with your return. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
Wrong or defective item? Send us a photo and your order number:
Open the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver and check the contents. If there is any damage, please complete a damage report together with the delivery driver and send everything back to us.
Enter your voucher code in the "Enter voucher code" field at checkout. The amount will be deducted immediately.
Any remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be redeemed on your next order.
Enter your membership number in the comments field of your order. We will automatically deduct the discount and adjust the payment when the invoice is issued.
Delivery times outside Europe are usually 8–12 weeks by sea freight. Tracking is not available during customs clearance.
Unfortunately, collection from our fan shops is not possible.
