1. How do I return an item?
As a club, we’re committed to sustainability. That’s why we don’t offer free returns, neither within Germany nor internationally.
Please send your return, sufficiently prepaid, to the following address:

Be sure to include the delivery note or invoice in your return package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You can also exchange your items at one of our stores if the product is available.
Received the wrong or damaged item? Send us a photo and your order number to info@fcsp-shop.com.
2. What should I do if my package is visibly damaged?
Please open the package in the presence of the delivery person and inspect the contents. If items are damaged, fill out a damage report with the carrier and return everything to us.

3. How do I redeem my voucher?
You can enter your voucher code during checkout in the “Enter voucher code” field. The amount will be automatically deducted from your total.
If there’s a remaining balance on your voucher, you can use it on your next purchase.
Note: Currently, only one voucher can be used per order due to technical reasons.
4. How do I get my member discount?
Simply enter your membership number in the comment field of your order. We will apply the discount manually and adjust the amount on your invoice.
No discounts are available on sale items, art (books, prints, CDs, etc.), player flocking (handcrafted), or solidarity items (charity donations).
5. Are there delivery delays for international orders?
Deliveries outside Europe usually take 8–12 weeks by sea freight. There may be long periods without tracking updates during customs clearance.

6. Can I pick up my order in the fan shop?
Unfortunately, you can’t pick up online orders at the fan shop. However, you can visit us and exchange your item in-store – just bring your delivery note. Exchanges depend on availability.
