Credit Card
We accept VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD. Please enter your card number and expiry date when placing your order. Your credit card will only be charged upon invoicing.
PayPal
Secure and easy payment via our service provider PayOne.
Purchase on Account
Order easily on account. You will receive the payment information with your delivery. This option is only available for billing and shipping addresses within Germany. Additionally, the shipping and billing address must match.
Minimum order value: The minimum order value for all orders is €9.95.
Shipping within Germany
Deliveries within Germany are made – if the item is in stock – within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after conclusion of the contract via insured DHL package.
If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately. Any payments already made will of course be refunded in full.
- Shipping costs for orders up to €74.99: €5.95
- For orders of €75 or more, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
You bear the return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation according to our cancellation policy. These costs are not included in the delivery price.
International Shipping
For international shipping, payment is only possible by credit card or PayPal.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, no VAT is charged.
Shipping costs within the EU
- Flat rate: €15
- For orders of €150 or more, we deliver free of charge within the EU.
Shipping costs outside the EU
- Flat rate: €40 by sea freight
- Additional costs for air freight or special services will be charged separately and are borne by the buyer.
Important: We do not deliver to countries subject to international trade sanctions. In exceptional cases, different regulations may apply.
The costs for returns from abroad as well as any customs duties, taxes or additional fees of the recipient country are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
