PAYMENT & SHIPPING PAYMENT  

• Credit Card: Pay quickly and securely online by entering your card details. The amount will be debited immediately from your credit card account.

• PayPal: Make fast and easy payments with PayPal by logging into your PayPal account and completing your purchase with just a few clicks.   

SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY  

Orders are delivered, provided the item is in stock, within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order confirmation. Delivery is made via insured shipping with DHL. If an item is unavailable, the buyer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded promptly. For orders below €75, a standard shipping fee of €5.95 applies. For orders of €75 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge. The cost of returns in the case of withdrawal, as outlined in the cancellation policy, is not included in the delivery costs and must be borne by the buyer.   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Payment for international shipping is only possible via credit card or PayPal. For shipments to countries outside the EU, VAT is not charged.  

• Within the EU: Shipping costs are €15. Shipping is free for orders over €150. 

• Outside the EU: A flat shipping rate of €40 applies for sea freight. For more expensive shipments or additional services (e.g., air freight), the buyer will cover the costs. 

We do not ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions. Exceptions may apply in certain cases. The cost of returns from Europe or other countries, as well as customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, are not included in the shipping costs and must be borne by the buyer.

In addition to the online shop, orders can also be placed in writing, by phone, or via email. Please provide the exact item numbers, desired sizes, quantities, and complete shipping and billing addresses, including an email address or phone number, as well as your preferred payment method.
