1. How do I return an item?

As a club, we’re committed to sustainability. That’s why we don’t offer free returns, neither within Germany nor internationally.

Please send your return, sufficiently prepaid, to the following address:

Be sure to include the delivery note or invoice in your return package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You can also exchange your items at one of our stores if the product is available.

Received the wrong or damaged item? Send us a photo and your order number to info@fcsp-shop.com.

2. What should I do if my package is visibly damaged?

Please open the package in the presence of the delivery person and inspect the contents. If items are damaged, fill out a damage report with the carrier and return everything to us.

3. How do I redeem my voucher?

You can enter your voucher code during checkout in the “Enter voucher code” field. The amount will be automatically deducted from your total.

If there’s a remaining balance on your voucher, you can use it on your next purchase.

Note: Currently, only one voucher can be used per order due to technical reasons.

4. How do I get my member discount?

The membership discount applies to all products except discounted items, art (books, prints, CDs), custom prints, or solidarity items. To redeem your membership discount, please log in to the online shop with your “MeinStpauli” account. More Information

5. Are there delivery delays for international orders?

Deliveries outside Europe usually take 8–12 weeks by sea freight. There may be long periods without tracking updates during customs clearance.

No worries – your order isn’t lost. Thanks for your patience!

6. Can I pick up my order in the fan shop?

Unfortunately, you can’t pick up online orders at the fan shop.

Die Mehrweg-Verpackung ersetzt den Pappkarton und kann flach gefaltet über den Briefkasten oder DHL zurückgeschickt werden. Das Porto für den Rückversand ist inbegriffen.
