How do I return an item?

As a club, we’re committed to greater sustainability. That’s why we don’t offer free returns – either within or outside Germany.

Please ensure your return is sufficiently stamped and send it to:

Please include the delivery note or invoice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges at our brick-and-mortar fan shops are not possible.

What should I do if the package is visibly damaged?

Open the package in the presence of the delivery person and check its contents. If anything is damaged, please fill out a damage report together with the delivery person and send everything back to us.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Enter your voucher code in the “Enter voucher code” field at checkout. The amount will be deducted immediately.

Any remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be redeemed with your next order.

Currently, only one voucher per order can be used.

How do I get my membership discount?

Enter your membership number in the comments field when placing your order. We’ll automatically deduct the discount and adjust the payment when issuing the invoice.

No discount on reduced-price items, art (books, pictures, CDs), flocking or solidarity items.

Are there delays with international shipments?

Shipping times to destinations outside Europe are usually 8–12 weeks by sea freight. Tracking is not available while your shipment is being cleared through customs.

Don’t worry: this doesn’t mean your shipment is lost. Please be patient.
