What to do when your parcel is damaged?
In this case please open the parcel with the deliverer in presence to check the contents. Should the goods be also damaged, fill out a notification of claim with the deliverer and have them return the parcel to us. Please call us on the phone number below to inform us about the damage.

For full information please read our Terms and Conditions section 5 “Cancellation terms”. Follow the link below to get to the DPD return page. Return parcels within Europe should be handled through DPD, for international parcels go to your local mail delivery service. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and the return form with your parcel to ensure a swift handling of your request. As a buyer you have the right to return your goods within 14 days after your day of receipt.
We will cover the shipping fee if you use a DPD return form. (within Europe)
Should you be sending your return parcel from outside of Europe, please ensure that the postage for the shipping is fully covered. Please contact our customer service for the reimbursement of this shipping fee. Your right for revocation exists regardless of whether you have paid postage or not.
