What to do when your parcel is damaged?
In this case please open the parcel with the deliverer in presence to check the contents. Should the goods be also damaged, fill out a notification of claim with the deliverer and have them return the parcel to us. Please call us on the phone number below to inform us about the damage.
What do I do if I want to return the goods within Germany?
Please read our "Cancellation terms" in our terms and conditions. Via the following link you will get to the return pool of the DHL link. Returns from Germany are made with our partner DHL. Please complete the withdrawal form and enclose the delivery note / invoice. This allows us to process your return shipment quickly and without any queries. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods, to meet the deadline, the timely dispatch is sufficient. We will bear the cost of the return shipment if you use the DHL return slip.
What do I do if I want to return the goods within the EU / worldwide?
If you want to return your goods within Europe / worldwide, please ship your package sufficiently franked. For reimbursement of this return postage, please contact our customer service in advance.
We will cover the shipping fee if you use a DHL return form. (within Europe)
Should you be sending your return parcel from outside of Europe, please ensure that the postage for the shipping is fully covered. Please contact our customer service for the reimbursement of this shipping fee. Your right for revocation exists regardless of whether you have paid postage or not.
