Our ball is made in a FAIRTRADE certified manufacturing facility in Pakistan. FAIRTRADE certification is still not a matter of course in this sector. But of course it is enormously important, because within the scope of the certification essential things are guaranteed.

For example, FAIRTRADE stands for the pre-financing of orders from Germany, payment of a FAIRTRADE premium that goes directly to the employees' union, as well as social benefits (e.g. social security, health insurance, pension programs). Gender equality, support programs specifically for women, training and education programs are also part of the FAIRTRADE service spectrum, as are child support campaigns and environmental protection programs. The cornerstones of fair production and fair trade also include stable, living wages and modern, safe workplaces.
