What do I do if the package is visibly damaged?

IIn this case, the package should be opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery person. If the contents are damaged, please fill out a damage report with the delivery person and have it returned to us with the package. Inform us about the damage by phone.

What do I do if I want to return the goods within Germany?

Please read our "Cancellation terms" in our AGB's. The following link will take you to the DHL return pool: Link. Returns from Germany are handled by our partner DHL. Please enclose your completed cancellation form and the delivery bill / invoice with your return. If the delivery bill / invoice is missing, the package will be sent back to you.




What do I do if I want to return the goods within the EU / worldwide?

Frank your return sufficiently and send it to the following address:

The postage for the return is not taken over by us and must be carried by you.

Please enclose the delivery bill / invoice with the return. If the delivery bill / invoice is missing, the package will be sent back to you.

Note your exchange request on the delivery bill or invoice. If nothing is noted, we will refund you the amount.
