On December 18, 2020, the Oakland Roots released our joint T-shirt "Justice first" exclusively in the USA.
Within a very short time the shirts were sold out and from now on there is a new edition in Oakland, as well as for the first time in our online store.
The Oakland Roots and FC St. Pauli share very similar values when it comes to standing up for equality, equity and justice, among other things. Both clubs have made it clear that soccer is more than just a game. The Oakland Roots were founded in 2018 with the concept of being a socially conscious, purpose-driven sports club.
